6. Process control

We invest systematically in improving our process knowledge and proficiency. The introduction of statistical process control (SPC) and the implementation of a new maintenance concept allowed us to improve our overall productivity.

The quality and consistency of our products has a significant impact on our customers’ products, even when the quantity of our product as total percentage of ingredients used is rather limited.

The skills and competences of our operators to generate a maximal output volume within performance and quality standards is the main competitive advantage of Campine.

This process starts with purchasing the right mix of raw materials and ends with a stringent quality control of end-products.

The increasing demand for premium and speciality products results in the development of small-batch production processes allowing focusing on specific properties of the required product.
